Welcome back to another episode of the Digital Nomad Mom Podcast. Today Julia is joined by her guest Nicole Laino.

Nicole will talk about a work/life balance. She starts off by her personal journey as a business coach and what is her main mission and how her mistakes and vast job experiences shaped her persona and who she is today. Julia asks why Nicole decided to change up her life and what motivated her to choose her own path and Nicole explains how her job took a toll on her mental health. Julia develops more about how wealth might not directly correlate to happiness and Nicole shares her thoughts on the topic.

Julia and Nicole talk more about being a mom and what challenges it brought and how it changed Nicole and continue to discuss more about the different responsibilities and the need for structure. Nicole decides to share some of her “mom hacks”. To conclude the show Julia shares her final thoughts and Nicole shares some places where you can find her work and current projects.
