Claudio started his career in 1983 at the age of 18 as the Assistant Baseball Coach at his Alma Matter Quaker Valley. In 1988 Reilsono was named Head Coach at QV. He moved on to be the Assistant Coach at Penn State Beaver in 1989. In 1990 he was named Head Coach at Penn State Beaver and his team won a Collegiate Championship. Claudio was also assistant at Community College of Beaver County, Quigley Catholic High School and Duquesne University as well as the Head Coach at Community College of Beaver County. In 2005 Claudio was named Head Coach at Carnegie Mellon University and under his tenure the team has had its most successful seasons including 2 consecutive Conference Championships in 2015 & 2016. Reilsono is the All Time Leader in Baseball Wins at CMU.
