What can you learn from having a conversation? A conversation with someone who knows you really well, someone who may not always agree with you, but always has your best interest at heart. When you need to work through a problem you’re having or get a fresh perspective, that’s when you need to find that person that you love and trust and have a thorough conversation. I’m so happy to share with you an episode from the podcast Reframeables, hosted by sisters Rebecca and Natalie Davey. Rebecca Davey is a multi-hyphenate artist, having worked as a writer-creator-producer-actor for over a decade. Her current brainchild is Ceres Productions, which fills its expanding creative universe with diverse projects big and small. She brings an unstoppable curiosity and joie de vivre to her work. Natalie Davey is a teacher and writer who helps to cast the narrative net of the show a little wider. With a PhD in education and a past life as a prison literacy teacher, she brings a social equity perspective to issues that need thoughtful exploration from diverse angles. These two sisters are passionate about how all the things we struggle with in our lives can be reframed through art. One thing I know—if conversation is an art? Rebecca and Natalie are masters of it.
