Whenever anything goes wrong, whether it's something terrible I've done, all the way to just being in a traffic jam, I find a way to yell at myself in my own head about what a terrible person I am and how awful I am and why everything in the world that's bad is my fault. It's a really exhausting way to live and yet it is pretty constant in my head. And I know when I hear from you that it's not just me, we all I think give ourselves a really hard time, we are our own worst critic.
