E47 - What is Working and What I Need to Improve on as a Podcaster So we are nearing the end of 2022 - Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to everyone! As I close off a great podcast year, full of new friendships, great connections and growth - both personally and for my various podcasts. I just wanted to look back at some things that went well for me and something that I dropped the ball on this year - there is always room for improvement. On December 1st I started a daily podcast for 25 episodes - counting down to Christmas. The podcast was called the Daily Santa Podcast. Each episode was 12-20 mins in length and took 4 to 5 hours to script, create, record and edit - add on social media promotion and website updates, this was a monster task - keep in mind some podcasters don't progress past episode 7 when they start a show. I wanted to try a daily podcast, and more importantly - I wanted to create content for families to gather around and use to help everyone be better humans! Check it out if you have a chance - I would love to hear your thoughts on this podcast! So, my challenge for you whether you have started your podcast or not - what have you done well in 2022 and what can you improve on in the new year? Be very aware of what is going well and where you could improve - this is the key to growth! Wishing you safety, health and happiness in the new year - I can't wait to celebrate your new podcast in 2023 - I would be honoured to be apart of your new show! https://dailysantapodcast.com/ http://howtopodcast.ca/ https://truemediasolutions.ca/
