BSR has published an update to the axial spondyloarthritis guideline. It's almost 10 years since the last iteration of the guideline. Our understanding and awareness of the disease has increased enormously. We now have 10 different therapies licensed for advanced management of axial spondyloarthritis, which are broadly divided into three different classes: TNF inhibitors, IL17 and JAK inhibitors.
